Warranty

LED Plus More offers a 5-year limited warranty on all light-emitting diode (LED) products from the date of purchase. Other LED Plus More products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. In the event of defects in workmanship or materials, LED Plus More, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents. Products must be used under normal conditions in accordance with the current edition of the National Electric Code, Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. safety standards, American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards, and the instructions provided in the LED Plus More manual.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement, as outlined above, is the purchaser's exclusive remedy and does not cover labor costs or any other incidental or consequential charges related to product removal or installation. This includes shipping costs incurred for returning defective or nonconforming products, or any damages during product return.
